LVSGC members who wish to play in the Next Tournament, please sign up using this Google form. (Note: It may take a few minutes before your name shows up in the sign up list)
The form opens for Next Tournament sign-up at 7PM on the Thursday one week before the Next tournament. All entries submitted prior to 7PM on the Thursday one week before the Next Tournament will be deleted.
Seventy-two members will play in any given tournament. You can see your position in the sign up list to the right of your sign up information.
Prior to the tournament, the Tournament directors will email the membership a list of those who will be included in the next tournament and those on the waitlist. If you are on the list and can no longer play, cancellations can be made via email/text/phone. Emails should be sent to lvsgolfclub@gmail.com. Text and phone calls should only be used in emergency situations. Cancellations made after noon on Sunday prior to the tournament will result in a $20 late cancellation fee. No-show will result in a $25 fee plus any greens fees. Any fees are due prior to playing in a subsequent tournament.
Those on the waitlist will be contacted in order as spots open due to cancellations. If cancellations are very late, all remaining wait listed members may be contacted at once with the first response filling the opening.
